OK, so I've been using Formula 303 now for years...not sure, maybe 7 years. I don't take it every day. Sometimes a week goes by that I don't take it. Some weeks, I do take 303 on a daily basis. But, the good news is, that when I do take it, it still works.
Formula 303 has the natural ingredients like valerian and passiflora. I like them because they're not habit forming, yet powerful enough to help me when I need it.
